Rental Discount Program

Eligibility

To qualify for the Rental Discount Program, tenants must score 90/100 or higher during the monthly property inspection.

Discount: $100 per month, per unit/house

1	Cleanliness of Interior Floors & Surfaces	Floors, countertops, and furniture are clean and free of stains, dust, and debris.
2	Kitchen Cleanliness	Appliances, cabinets, sink, and counters are clean; no food residue or garbage buildup.
3	Bathroom Condition	Toilets, sinks, tubs/showers are clean; no mold, mildew, or water damage.
4	Trash & Waste Management	Trash bins are not overflowing, garbage is disposed of properly and on schedule.
5	General Clutter & Organization	Living areas, hallways, and storage spaces are tidy and free of excessive clutter.
6	Walls, Paint & Fixtures	No damage to walls, baseboards, or fixtures; no unauthorized paint or wall modifications.
7	Flooring & Carpets	Flooring is clean and undamaged; carpets are vacuumed and stain-free.
8	Backyard, Side Yard & Front Yard Maintenance	Outdoor areas are clean, tidy, weed-free, and free of debris, trash, or unapproved storage.
9	Windows & Doors	Windows and doors are clean, operational, and free of damage (including screens and locks).
10	Timely Reporting of Maintenance Issues	Tenant promptly reports issues like leaks, pests, or damages to management.

Keep track of your monthly inspection scores. Tenants who meet the eligibility criteria will automatically receive a $100 rent discount.
